Analyses on AI and digital transformation in Kosovo

Structured analyses of operational domains where AI and process design create institutional value — grounded in operational reality rather than vendor promises.

About This Section

What we publish here

Most consulting practices keep their thinking proprietary. We take a different approach: we publish structured analyses of operational domains we have studied in depth, free for any institution to read.

Each analysis follows the same six-section structure: operational reality of the domain, critical pain points, how AI can help, what AI does not solve, implementation considerations, and Kosovo sector context. The most important section is usually the fourth — where we honestly identify what AI cannot solve and what must remain human judgment.

This is not marketing content and not a content calendar. Each analysis reflects depth of operational understanding rather than a publishing schedule.

Coverage Areas

Operational domains we study

Our analyses cover operational domains across three areas: public sector institutions in Kosovo (municipalities, ministries, public agencies, universities), private sector organizations of all sizes, and cross-cutting capabilities relevant to both. New analyses are added as our operational understanding of each domain reaches sufficient depth to write honestly.

Discuss Your Domain

Don't see your domain covered?

If your organization operates in a domain we have not yet analyzed publicly, we are still happy to discuss it. Our published analyses document what we have studied at depth; our engagements develop that thinking further with specific institutional context.
